Eric is an experienced executive coach, facilitator, trainer, business consultant and futurist. With extensive international commercial in-house experience in Asia, Europe and Australia, Eric now works in leadership and talent development with a number of global banks, luxury retail brands, talent mobillity consulting, insurance, hospitality, consulting, technology, fintech and natural resources corporations.
Eric develops, delivers and facilitates experiential talent development programmes particularly in the future of work (effects of digitization, AI, machine learning and automation on leadership), driving performance, global effectiveness, diversity & inclusion (D&I), unconscious bias, empathy, emotional intelligence, global mobility, global mindset and cross cultural management. He is an executive coach working with senior executives focusing on organisational performance as well as personal development.
Eric is a certified LEA360, MBTI, Genos Emotional Intelligence (EI) Certifier and DIISC Human Behaviour Practitioner. He is an Affiliate Member of The British Psychological Society and The Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK).
Eric has an MBA from the USA and a BSc (Honours) from Australia and started his career with KPMG Management Consulting. He has worked in-house at senior levels in client relationship management, business development and sales with KPMG (London & Australia); Clifford Chance (London); Allen & Overy (Hong Kong & London); and for Minter Ellison and Allens Arthur Robinson (both in Australia).
Eric is a visiting lecturer at the University of Birmingham, UK and at a New York university at postgraduate level.
